Brick Parts Central is not responsable for lost or damaged goods during shipping.
Should it happen that the buyer can't or won't receive the goods and the googs return undamanged, we can ofer two possibilities:
1. We wil resend the goods 'one time' if the buyer agrees to pay the initial shipping again.
2. We refund the goods minus the shipping multiplied by 1.5
(example. goods 20 € en shipping 5 € so a total 25 €, buyer receives refund of 17.50 €)
If the buyes askes to cancel the order before shipment (something we do not prefer) the money will be refunden minus the external fees.
Brick Parts Cantral does not charge anything but we appricoate it if you would revisit us.
If we believe that the quality of the goods is not appropiate of shipping, we don't ship those goods. This can happen at the last moment.
We believe it is our right to sell only the best.
The rest of the order will be shipped as planed.
